Northwoods Ramah Theatre Company

The Northwoods Ramah Theatre Company (NRTC) is an ensemble dedicated to creating physically-based new work that reflects the Jewish experience for all ages. Through an open-rehearsal process, the company emphasizes community-driven dramaturgy.
During its ten-year run, under Levy’s leadership as producing artistic director, NRTC developed work through adaptations of short stories and poetry, devising, and commissioning new pieces.
The ensemble featured co-founder Jon Adam Ross, along with Linda Bachman, Michael Bradley Cohen, Jeremy Frankenthal, Alexis Fishman, Weston Ganz, Sarah Hecht, Ariel Keren, Sarah Lederman, Jessica Osber, Geoff Rice, Shawn Shafner, and Franny Silverman. Levy directed each production and occasionally performed as part of the ensemble.
